Hiranmay Kashyap is an India-admitted advocate who serves as Of Counsel for the India practice of Law Offices of SRIS, P.C. Practice
Kashyap’s principal focus is arbitration and conciliation under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and dispute resolution more broadly. He handles civil litigation before the Gauhati High Court and the courts of Assam and Northeast India, advises on company-law and contract matters, and has a concentration in insurance claims and coverage matters under Indian law.
