Fátima de Romaña Miro Quesada serves as Of Counsel at Law Offices Of SRIS, P.C. She brings more than two decades of experience in capital markets, banking and finance, and complex corporate transactions to clients whose matters reach into the Peruvian market.
She concentrates her practice on structuring complex financings, public securities offerings, and listings of securities in local and international markets, including Rule 144A issuances.
